Hints and Ideas

When supplying art on disk it's safe and good practice to give us a print-out of what the file should look like. This way there is no confusion if the document seems to be incorrect - your hard copy will save time.

Always send your saved text as a word document or a text file.

Attaching fonts to an email:

When sending an email in Outlook Express, click on the Attach button, then Navigate to where the Font is kept. If you don't know where the font is, then you may find it in the Fonts Folder. The Fonts Folder is normally in the Control Panel folder. Simply navigate to the Control Panel by selecting the font you need to attach. Right mouse click then drag across to the Desktop. NB: Ensure you only "copy here" not "move" the font. Go back to your emailing program selecting Attach. It should automatically look on the Desktop. Highlight this font and you're ready to send us your message.

Consider your printing budget before designing your stationery or logo. Remember, the more colours you introduce, the more expensive your print job will be.
